What's been your journey with being a musician?
I am a musician and educator with extensive experience working with people of all ages, from babies and young children to teenagers, adults, and older participants.
My work is grounded in a warm, inclusive, and student-centred approach, creating supportive spaces where learners feel confident to explore, express themselves, and grow through music.
Drawing on a background in community music, sound-based practice, and holistic wellbeing, I adapt my teaching to meet individuals and groups where they are, valuing creativity, listening, and connection as central to meaningful musical learning.
I am a qualified reflexologist with professional registration through the National Register of Reflexologists of Ireland (NRRI). My reflexology practice is grounded in a holistic, client-centred approach, supporting relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing.
I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, tailoring each session to individual needs and creating a calm, nurturing environment where people can fully switch off and restore.
Reflexology complements my wider work in music and wellbeing, allowing me to support both physical and emotional health through gentle, non-invasive touch.
