Based in the heart of Leitrim, I've built Rhythm Room as a space where people of all ages and backgrounds can slow down, feel supported, and find something they didn't know they were missing.
Whether you're coming for a sound bath, a music class, or a one-to-one session, you'll be met with warmth, care, and no pressure to be anything other than where you are right now.
