Reflexology is one of those therapies that surprises people. They come in expecting a foot massage and leave wondering why they don't do this every month. It's deeply relaxing — but it's also doing something much more specific than relaxation alone. Using precise pressure applied to reflex points on the feet, I work with the body's own map — each point corresponding to a different organ, gland, or system — to encourage balance, release blockages, and support the body to do what it's designed to do: heal itself.
The principle behind reflexology is that the entire body is reflected in the feet. When I work through these reflex points, I'm stimulating the nervous system and encouraging improved circulation, lymphatic flow, and energy movement throughout the whole body. Research supports reflexology's effectiveness for stress reduction, pain relief, hormonal balance, and sleep — and many clients notice shifts in areas they hadn't even mentioned, because the feet often reveal what the body hasn't yet communicated in words. I find it one of the most quietly powerful therapies I offer.
A full reflexology session working through the complete reflex map of the feet. Ideal for stress, sleep difficulties, low energy, headaches, digestive issues, or simply as a regular reset for your whole system.

Specifically focused on the reproductive and endocrine systems, this session supports hormonal balance, cycle regulation, and the overall conditions the body needs to conceive. Many women come to me after months of trying, and while reflexology isn't a magic solution, it's a powerful support for a body that needs to feel safe, balanced, and well.
